Lloyds & RBS PPI Remediation:

• Identified and gathered relevant data required to remediate the mis-selling of payment protection insurance (PPI) products to retail banking customers, which ultimately involved over £25 billion in compensation to customers across these two banks.

Lloyds Sanctioned Payments Investigation:

• Managed large databases of financial transactions and SWIFT messages to undergo OFAC sanctions screening and developed bespoke GUI tools for investigations teams to analyze transaction data and SWIFT message content.

• Developed ETL pipelines and data warehouses for business and consumer market data at KPN (largest telco in the Netherlands) to be used in marketing campaign management tools.
