Junior Community Support Manager

The role and challenge:
And as a Junior Community Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be working closely with our members to create their professional profiles following the guidelines and best practices developed by the Proxify team. It is preferable that you have a theoretical knowledge and understanding of existing programming languages, frameworks, and other technical expertise.
What your day-to-day will look like:
60% - Creating and keeping personnel profiles of developers up to date.
20% - Supporting newcomers during the onboarding process.
10% - Ongoing communication and support of members without engagements.
10% - Additional, out of scope of primary responsibilities activities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
🤖 University degree in the IT industry-related field of study.
🧩 1+ years of experience in HR-related positions in the IT industry.
🖥️ Strong theoretical knowledge of modern IT technologies.
🗣️ Excellent writing and speaking English skills (Upper-intermediate/Advanced).
📝 Content creation or copywriting experience is a plus.
🚀 Complete knowledge of the company’s processes.
🔎 Genuine interest, attention to detail, ample curiosity, and critical thinking.
😊 Ability to adapt, solve problems and act accordingly to situations.
👀 Ability to dig for details, process available data, and find logical solutions.
