About the role

As Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A), your main responsibilities would be:

  • Take part in financial planning and performance management activities across Proxify’s core functions, including budget management, forecasting and reporting;
  • Prepare materials for the board of directors, the management team and other stakeholders across the organization ;
  • Support the organization with data-driven insights through creation and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards;
  • Support various stakeholders, including the management team with ad hoc analysis.

Who you are

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or other relevant subject;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience from an analytical role with financial focus, for example management consulting, investment banking, or an in-house corporate role;
  • Highly analytical with a commercial and growth-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent financial modeling skills with solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting;
  • Solid skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools;
  • Open to change and constant development, Proxify is on a journey that is just getting started;
  • Self-starter and not afraid to dig in to details while still being a communicative team player;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience in SQL and business intelligence tools is a plus.
