We're on the lookout for a high-performing, yet humble Growth Product Manager - Marketing to work with the VP of Marketing to build out the growth function and to be responsible for developing growth strategies for acquisition, expansion, and retention within key Marketing channels (Website, marketing automation, and ad platforms).

You will be responsible for defining Growth KPIs, developing full-funnel reporting, and owning the marketing tech stack. Leading and coordinating execution with a tech team of three full-stack developers, one QA Engineer, and one UX designer.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales-led startups, be skilled in leading execution with technical teams, be knowledgeable about marketing tools, and bring an experimentation mindset. Proxify's growth up until now has been primarily paid and organic search-led, so the candidate should be familiar with these channels to effectively support and collaborate with our performance marketing and content teams.


What you will do:

Growth Strategy: Along with Marketing leadership, set the growth strategy to meet qualified leads and revenue goals.
Technical execution: This role is responsible for managing the technical resources available for the Marketing team effectively, to ensure that all initiatives that require development and UX design work are prioritized and executed efficiently. This includes our website, marketing automation, ad platforms, and marketing data.
Website: Be comfortable setting up tracking, creating new features, scaling programmatic SEM and SEO, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rate.
Marketing automation: Be responsible for supporting all initiatives that require development work to strengthen our CRM and Marketing automation tools.
Ad platforms: Ensure that the Performance Marketing team is supported technically to have the right data and website requirements to execute effectively.
Cross-functional and team leadership: Collaborate on growth across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, being a key partner for our Product team
Analytics: Support all efforts related to the technical implementation of our Marketing data setup.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have worked at a startup, preferably with a sales-led model. Early or scale-up (Seed-Series B) experience is preferred.
  • Have proven experience in leading and managing a development team, including organizing bi-weekly sprints and facilitating key team rituals such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Are a T-shaped technical marketer with a broad understanding of paid acquisition, SEO, referrals, and a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and website management.
  • Have proven experience managing experimentation programs.
  • Are proficient with data- you are at home with data wrangling and know how to capture, extract, and analyze data for insights.
