We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, high-performing, yet humble Account Manager with a strong tech background and interest to play a pivotal role in our rapid expansion within the US and Canadian markets.
What you’ll do:
As part of the Client Management & Commercial team, you’ll be responsible for upselling, growing accounts and initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers. As a key member of the NA team, you'll focus on the US and Canadian markets where the demand for skilled developers is exploding.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will:
- Be the main responsible for your accounts and to grow and retain them to grow our business and nurture strong relationships
- This includes onboard new clients and ensure a great start of the collaboration with the developers
- Uncover and drive opportunities through the sales funnel once qualified - ensuring speed and quality.
- Work closely with the Client Engineering team to carefully match the opportunity with the right developer, ensuring their skills and experience are the right fit for client requirements.
- Continuously contribute to improving our ways of working and increase efficiency and success as we grow and evolve.
- Directly impact the growth and success of Proxify Inc and its clients by matching them with exceptional candidates and establishing long-term partnerships.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
- Have hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role, ideally within a tech team
- Have an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility and ownership
- Are passionate about closing the competence gap in tech
- Possess a curiosity about technological innovations and trends, continually seeking to understand how they can be leveraged to solve real-world problems and improve efficiency
- Understand how to help a client and guiding them through the customer journey
- Are not just a talker; you make things happen and pay keen attention to details!
For this role, we require that you:
- Are from the USA or Canada and a native English speaker
- Are based on the US East Coast (Atlanta Metropolitan area preferred)
