What your week will look like:

As a Talent Sourcer, your week involves balancing the search for different roles, keeping the sourced pipeline up-to-date, connecting with the best IT professionals from across the globe, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for them. In more details:

  • Identify, engage, and attract top tech talent globally, using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and other niche platforms.
  • Suggest and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to different roles and regions.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline of pre-qualified candidates aligned with hiring needs.
  • Ensure fast turnaround on talent delivery while keeping accuracy and quality as top priorities.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a seamless hiring process for the top candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
  • Continuously analyze sourcing performance and optimize outreach based on response rates and conversion metrics.
  • Quickly shift sourcing strategies based on changing hiring priorities and business needs.
  • Handle multiple roles at once, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
  • Work closely with the Recruiters, Client Managers, and other stakeholders to fine-tune search criteria and ensure alignment.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have 3-4+ years of sourcing experience in outstaffing, outsourcing, or tech recruitment (mandatory).
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience is nice to have.
  • Have a deep understanding of IT and engineering roles, and tech stacks.
  • Possess strong expertise in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and deep-dive talent mapping.
  • Are proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, HireEZ, or similar platforms.
  • Have experience with automation tools to streamline sourcing efforts.
  • Are a highly result-oriented person with a strong focus on meeting sourcing targets.
  • Have a structured and data-driven approach to sourcing, tracking conversion rates, and optimizing strategies.
  • Are able to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • English proficiency of C1 or above level is a must.
  • Are able to effectively collaborate with the Recruiters and other involved stakeholders to align on requirements.
