We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and high-performing Client Manager with a strong tech background and interest to play a pivotal client facing role in our rapid expansion in the US and Canada.

As part of the Client Management & Commercial team, you’ll be responsible for matching early-stage clients with exceptional developer talent, driving success for both Proxify and its clients. As a key member of the North America team, you'll focus on the US and Canadian markets where the demand for skilled developers is exploding.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

- Are a native-level English speaker;

- Have hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role, ideally within a tech team;

- Take ownership with urgency, supporting MVPs to ensure focus and efficiency;

- Understand how to help a client and guiding them through the customer journey;

- Naturally sociable – effortlessly engaging and easy to connect with in conversation!
