What you’ll do:

As part of our Client Management team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving long-term partnerships. You’ll focus on generating new business in the Nordic market, where demand for skilled developers is rapidly growing. Your role will be to:

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the tech industry, particularly those needing developers for their teams.

Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present Proxify’s offerings, and propose customized solutions for building their tech teams.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to the client onboarding process.

Collaborate with our Client Engineering team to ensure that you are offering clients the best developer matches that align with their specific needs.

Negotiate contracts and terms with new clients and onboard them onto our platform, ensuring they understand the value we provide.

Develop and execute strategies to expand Proxify’s presence in the Nordic region and beyond by identifying market trends and aligning our offerings to client needs.

Who you are:

We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a new business sales environment and is driven to achieve sales targets. You’re passionate about technology, SaaS, and software development, and have a knack for selling to clients in the tech industry. You excel at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. You’re also able to think strategically about long-term partnerships while executing efficiently on short-term sales goals.

To be a good fit, we expect you to:

• Bring a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the tech or SaaS space.

• Have strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand the needs of new clients and provide effective solutions.

• Be passionate about matching tech talent with exciting opportunities, and excited to sell Proxify’s offerings to a diverse client base.

Have a keen interest in the tech industry, software development, and the challenges faced by companies building tech teams.

• Be comfortable in a fast-paced and competitive environment, thriving on achieving and exceeding targets.

Have relevant experience in new client acquisition, prospecting, and closing deals (experience in technical sales is a plus).

• Have a relevant university degree and fluency in Swedish and English.
