Viktor Jarnheimer began building websites at age 11 and later founded Sweden’s top traffic school booking site and an edtech platform, acquired by Natur & Kultur. He was nominated for Founder of the Year 2025 by Founders Alliance.

Anton began as a medical doctor before transitioning to tech by joining the product team at telemedicine unicorn Kry/Livi. He later returned to Proxify, a company he had helped found, and now shapes its product vision.

Leads the commercial team at Proxify, with a background in data, AI, and software engineering. Previously a consultant at Accenture, working at the intersection of technology and business.

With a background in Data and Product, Lee launched several products before Proxify. He now leads data-driven strategy, cross-functional experimentation, and hosts Builders, Proxify’s podcast on the future of tech and remote work.

Lee Haynes

Before joining Proxify, Johnnie held a leadership role at fintech pioneer iZettle and later at PayPal following its 2018 acquisition. Today, he leads Operations at Proxify, focused on attracting and retaining top-tier developers.

Gustav brings a decade of experience in finance, coming from a background in financial planning and M&A advisory. He leads the finance team at Proxify, focusing on streamlining finance operations and providing strategic advice.
