Account Executive (DACH) - German required

Are you a high-performing Senior BDR ready to step up as Account Executive and join one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies to be a key contributor in driving growth? Then this is your chance to make a real impact. As an Account Executive in the DACH team, you will take full ownership of the outbound sales cycle, particularly:

- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers with a structured workflow and high activity levels.

- Pipeline Building: Independently generating and nurturing leads.

- Sales Execution: Running meetings, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the full sales process.

- Matching: Collaborating with our Client Engineers to find the right technical talent for each client’s specific needs.

- Closing: Leading negotiations and managing contracts to ensure smooth deals.

- Handover: Working closely with Account Managers for seamless transitions and long-term success.

You will collaborate closely with the BDR team and will be a key person in the DACH team, guiding leads and opportunities through the phases of Discovery, Matching, Negotiation, and Closing.

Target customers: Mid-sized to large companies (50–2000 employees) in every industry in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Must-have

- Strong sense of ownership, fast execution, and high standards of quality.

- Account Executive or a seasoned BDR (ideally in tech or SaaS) proven ready to step up to AE.

- Ability to understand clients and guide them through the entire customer journey.

- Be a communicative, curious, and goal-oriented person.

- A grounded team player who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

- Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written).

Bonus: Hands-on experience with technology (e.g., as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or similar role), ideally in tech or SaaS.
