Founded his first company, Jens of Sweden at the age of 24 followed by JAYS which is listed on NASDAQ. Founded Automile in 2014 later acquired in 2020.

Since 2020 Simon turned to his passion: researching software engineering productivity at Stanford. Before this, he served as CTO at Crunchyroll, where he led the engineering team through rapid growth and an acquisition by AT&T/WarnerMedia, and later by Sony, in a $1.2 billion deal.

Jasper began her career in the US, working with CTOs at public and high-growth companies. After moving to Sweden, she worked at Sinch before becoming Head of Engineering Operations at Trustly. Her work in AI enablement and third-party risk management exposed a gap in third-party security, inspiring her to co-found Ethira. She now leads the company as CEO.

Isabel Storgårds is the CEO and co-founder of Klar, building the learning agent. Klar went from $0 to $650k ARR in six months, bootstrapped, with zero CAC and is now expanding into the US.

Johan Wallquist is an AI Solution Architect at Microsoft, helping companies turn AI into practical business value. With a background in digital transformation, innovation and business development, he focuses on how organizations can successfully adopt and scale AI in the real world.

Oskar Block is the co-founder and CEO of Stilta, a Y Combinator-backed company building agentic AI for patent work. A serial entrepreneur and former McKinsey consultant, he focuses on using AI to transform complex, high-stakes professional workflows.

Amalia Berglöf is the founder of crewcial, vibe-coded from day one. She started building with GPT Engineer before it became Lovable, and has kept building through every wave of agentic AI since. She also leads Pepp's network for girls & women in tech and engineering, which has for over 14 years worked to create a more diverse industry.

Fabian Lindfors is the co-founder and CEO of Specific, a YC-backed startup that lets coding agents build infrastructure. He has been programming since the age of 10 and has a background as a tech lead and engineer at companies like Stripe and MongoDB.

Heaven Bereket is Business Translator for Data Science & AI at ICA Gruppen and runs her own consultancy. She is Vice Chair of SWEACC and was named one of Sweden's Top 33 Female Tech Leaders.

Head of Global Data & AI Strategy at Ericsson, focusing on enterprise data and AI strategy outside of R&D, including data and AI-enabled business transformation and the foundations needed to scale. Previously, as Nordic AI Strategy Leader at EY-Parthenon, she advised clients and investors on AI-driven value creation, strategic priorities, and disruption risks.

A high agency builder at heart! Commercially & design-driven technical product leader, raised as an Engineer, building & scaling teams across Design, Engineering, Sales, and Data, and somehow became a book author along the journey.

Vincent Weir is a Stockholm-based entrepreneur and investor. He’s a GP of Nordic Science Capital, where he sourced the funds' investment in Lumos AI and Lila Sciences. He’s also the founder of Growth minds, a startup-focused executive network home to many of Stockholm’s most hyped AI founders.

Viktor Jarnheimer began building websites at age 11 and later founded Sweden’s top traffic school booking site and an edtech platform, acquired by Natur & Kultur. He was nominated for Founder of the Year 2025 by Founders Alliance.
