• Designed and developed sophisticated reporting solutions with PowerBI in Learning & Operations for a major company (80K employees); integrated several learning systems into one data model to provide a consolidated holistic view on efforts spent on the learning and its outcomes.
• Designed and built a set of statistical regression models (for example, impacts of content shares on learning; learning impacts on employee’s performance incl. sales & customer satisfaction).
• Implemented an automated ETL process for a data warehouse used by multiple PowerBI reports.
• Introduced automated QA procedures for several reports.
