  I took over the development of a custom build web shop written in Node.js and Vue.js, and a admin panel written in PHP, plain Javascript and HTML/CSS.

  Additionaly, I designed and developed a desktop app which is used in warehouse and helps picking up the items and packing the orders. Written in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, this app plays a vital role in streamlining order fulfillment processes.

  Its key functionalities include displaying orders, guiding item picking, stock management, and controlling automated elevators for efficient order packing. This multifaceted solution significantly enhances warehouse efficiency and order fulfillment accuracy. It also prints labels for shipping and guides personel to place items in correct places using controlled laser beams.

  I embarked on the Optibar project from its inception, serving as the sole developer tasked with designing and building the entire system from the ground up. The project encompassed a web application, where I opted for the Codeigniter framework coupled with PHP, a MySQL database, Redis caching, and Bootstrap for frontend development. Additionally, native mobile apps were an integral part of the project, with Java chosen for Android devices and Swift for iOS devices. I also took charge of managing the Linux web server for the project, overseeing all necessary services to ensure a smooth and secure operational environment.

  As the project evolved and the team expanded, I transitioned into a leadership role. I successfully onboarded and led new developers, empowering them to take charge of the project's ongoing development.
