Set up Office 365 as a productivity tool by utilizing Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, creating a progressive implementation plan for key users to enhance collaboration and efficiency;
Managed system administration through Citrix, ensuring smooth operation and optimized resource usage across systems;
Integrated the Presence Control app with the Navision HR system via a REST API, utilizing Azure Functions (C#) to reduce administrative effort. The API was designed to integrate with any system that supports API consumption, bypassing limitations within Navision;
Migrated SQL data to two separate SQL instances to avoid bottlenecks, utilizing Python for faster data migration and optimizing business load management by distributing data across multiple instances;
Set up the infrastructure for Elasticsearch and synchronized data using a Python Django REST API, ensuring fast data synchronization between SQL and Elasticsearch. The services were triggered by updates, insertions, or deletions in SQL, ensuring real-time data consistency;
Developed a REST API using .NET to address the administrative load between Navision and Office 365 (Azure AD). The solution synchronized key employee data, such as names, roles, and locations, from Navision to Office 365, overcoming the limitations of Navision's inability to synchronize with Azure AD. The API was implemented in an Azure PaaS Webapp for seamless integration.

Developed PowerApps to control expense invoices, leveraging Azure Cognitive Services to extract data from invoices and automatically insert the extracted information into Dynamics 365. Utilized C# to detect the data zones and draw rectangles to highlight the extracted content;
Created a REST API using .NET to integrate SEPE with the Madrid regional employee system that utilizes Dynamics 365. This involved mapping a 4000-character string buffer from SEPE into a class model, applying business rules, and triggering actions within Dynamics 365. Due to the time-consuming nature of the task, an application was developed to automate the process. The API was implemented using a PaaS component called Webapp for efficient and scalable integration.

Developing a web application for the administration of the center, streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency;
Conducting software requirements analysis to understand the needs of the center and translate them into technical specifications;

Handling both frontend and backend design and programming, creating a cohesive and functional web application that met the needs of the administration and users.
