Developed a multi-tenant cloud practice-management platform for UK private medical practices.

• Designed and built the complete invoicing system, including invoice lifecycle, service lines, payments, statements, referrals, diagnoses, corrections, write-offs, VAT, printing and e-billing.
• Developed the complete email ecosystem, including MxMail API/Core/UI, encrypted email access, SMTP accounts, templates, address books, attachments, queued delivery, bulk email and mailshots.
• Created a reusable C# reporting engine and migrated 68 financial, clinical, patient and operational reports, supporting permissions, anonymisation, drill-downs, printing and Excel exports.
• Built document-management and WebDAV workflows for Word editing, templates, Azure Blob uploads, bulk document import, PDF generation, printing and downloads.
• Developed the multi-tenant Admin application for managing accounts, practices, users, permissions, feature configuration, impersonation, auditing and system logs.
