About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive Proxify’s Nordic expansion through strategic outbound sales and pipeline generation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified opportunities across the Nordic market.

You won’t just generate pipeline. You’ll develop the skills needed to close deals and grow your career.
What you’ll do
Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
Build relationships with decision-makers across Nordic companies
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
Create and manage strategic target account lists aligned with our expansion goals
Test and optimise outbound messaging and prospecting strategies
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach performance
Use data and insights to continuously improve conversion and pipeline generation
What we’re looking for
Fluent Swedish and English communication skills
Experience in outbound prospecting, BDR/SDR roles, or SaaS sales
Confidence and motivation to engage prospects over the phone daily
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Curious, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
Interest in AI, technology, and innovation
Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach metrics, and sales tools
Based in Sweden, ideally Stockholm, for weekly onsite collaboration
Nice to have
Fluency in Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience working in SaaS or tech environments
Previous experience in high-activity outbound sales
