3Built and launched an online multiplayer version of Shtet Qytet, the classic word game known as Categories / Land-Stadt-Fluss / STOP, tailored for Albanian-speaking users. I took the product from idea to execution, handling design, development, gameplay logic, growth experiments, and ongoing improvements based on user behavior. The platform was built as a fast, mobile-friendly real-time experience that let players join live matches with minimal friction, using self-hosted Supabase, DigitalOcean, and GitHub Actions for deployment. The project reached over 30,000 active users, maintained around 60 concurrent users on average, validated strong organic interest, and gave me hands-on experience in product ownership, live multiplayer systems, scaling challenges, moderation, performance, and growth experimentation.
