• The changes were enough for employees to access their benefits through the website.

• At Peg & Faça, the retail store in Brazil, Paulo was responsible for developing and maintaining internal information systems;

• One such system was designed to allow franchisees to report their sales and inventory to the main office, which would then evaluate the data for accomplishment metrics;

• These systems were created using Visual Basic 6 with a MS SQL Server database;

• The franchise reporting system that was developed significantly reduced the time necessary for the activity from a few weeks (when it was done on paper) to just a few minutes;

• The franchise reporting system investigated the franchisee's own ERP and reported back to the primary office.
