Under the leadership of Deputy CEO and Interim CPTO Christian Elfving Hauan, Sweetspot is driving a digital shift across the golf industry. Christian’s dual focus on business strategy and technology execution makes access to top technical talent crucial, a challenge that led Sweetspot to partner with Proxify to accelerate its mission of modernizing golf operations, one data-driven decision at a time.
The challenge
When Sweetspot set out to scale its team and engineering capabilities, they faced several pivotal challenges:

Christian noted:
“I think today we have 15 developers and engineers coming through the Proxify network. We have platform engineers, backend, frontend engineers, both mobile and web, all sourced through Proxify.
They're all very much an integrated part of our team. We don't have a separate Proxify team. They are a vital part of our organization, just as any employee. They join different teams based on their role that they have.”
