5At Cubus, I designed and prototyped a complex in-flight sales dashboard from scratch — with no public references and limited user insights. Through deep interviews with a retired airline staff member, I mapped the flow and ran usability tests to validate our design. After the dashboard’s success, I was asked to lead the design of the full mobile app. I conducted competitor analysis, tested each feature iteratively, and simplified backend-heavy flows into a friendly mobile interface. To support internal alignment, I created a motion graphic demo, which also sharpened my motion design skills. This end-to-end journey — from research to delivery — taught me how to lead UX without benchmarks and build trust through clear, user-centered thinking.
