ABACare is practice management software built specifically for ABA therapy clinics.

• Built a multi-tenant SaaS practice management platform for ABA therapy clinics from the ground up as the sole engineer, delivering a production-ready solution covering assessments, treatment planning, session management, and clinical reporting.
• Designed and developed the full technology stack, including a Vue 3/Nuxt web application, React Native mobile apps, a NestJS backend, MongoDB, BullMQ, Redis/Valkey, and a DigitalOcean-based infrastructure with Grafana and Loki for observability.
• Delivered AI-powered features using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, including automated clinical report generation, structured treatment plan extraction, and AI-assisted data entry workflows.
• Established an AI-assisted engineering workflow using Claude Code, Cursor, and other LLM tools to accelerate architecture design, development, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Completed the core platform build-out, successfully launched the product into production with paying customers, and transitioned to an advisory role after achieving a stable, feature-complete release.

• Led the architectural modernization of a multi-module healthcare practice management platform, including session tracking, data collection, treatment planning, clinical reporting, and billing.
• Migrated the frontend from Angular 5 to Vue 3, introduced React Native for new mobile applications, and modernized legacy systems to support a tenfold increase in user activity and data volume.
• Led the backend modernization from a legacy .NET stack to a NestJS-based service architecture, introducing clearer service boundaries, strongly typed APIs, and improved testability.
• Led a small Agile engineering team, overseeing architectural decisions, maintaining code quality, and ensuring the timely delivery of new features.

• Max Planck Institute for Human Development (Berlin): Built a research data collection platform for autonomous vehicle ethics studies, developing an interactive survey application with Vue 2, ASP.NET Core 3, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL. Managed client communication, DevOps, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Softelligence / Orange Money Romania: Developed a fintech application for in-store credit issuance using Vue 2, ASP.NET Core, and Azure. Built secure middleware integrating the platform with the Romanian state fiscal API and optimized frontend performance through Vuex state management and lazy loading.
• Eaglebrook Advisors: Built a client onboarding portal using Blazor and .NET Core for a financial advisory firm. Planned and designed the decomposition of a monolithic application into a more modular, loosely coupled architecture.
• Child Care Seer: Developed new features for a childcare management platform using Vue 2, including audit-style activity tracking and a parent-facing daily journal module.
• Additional engagements: Contributed to multiple web applications, including WriteWise, a Grammarly-like editor for scientific documents (Vue 2, TypeScript, Vuetify, and ML-assisted content classification); Riding Post, a mobile-first horse stable management platform; and UtterAccess, a developer community platform built with Vue 2 and ASP.NET Core, featuring file storage on Amazon S3.

• Developed and maintained core modules for a maritime ship management system used aboard commercial vessels worldwide, including maintenance, inventory, purchasing, messaging, QHSE, crewing, and audit, using C# and WinForms.
• Owned the offline-first synchronization engine that merged data between onboard databases and the central office database, enabling reliable data synchronization despite the lack of internet connectivity at sea.
• Led the modernization of the desktop application by migrating it to a React and Redux single-page application (SPA), applying SOLID principles, lazy loading, and responsive design. Designed the shared ASP.NET Web API and developed a separate Angular-based administration portal for license management.
