ECS & CI/CD Modernisation: Integrated Playwright UI tests into ECS with a Docker runner. Enhanced Azure DevOps pipelines with ECS deploy, test execution, cleanup, and automated DocumentDB shutdown/start.

EC2 Stock Uploader Migration: Converted a Windows PowerShell stock uploader to a Linux EC2 solution using Python, Bash, SMB mounting, and cron. Packaged as a reusable Terraform module.

Terraform & Terragrunt Improvements: Created reusable modules for Lambda, EC2, ECS, Aurora, IAM, and S3. Standardised Terragrunt structure and improved secrets management, tagging, and environment consistency.

Logging & Slack Integration: Moved backup/restore alerts from SNS to Slack Webhooks and centralised logs for migrations, ECS tests, and Lambda reports.

• Leading team for Migration of source code from Bitbucket to GitHub for cybersecurity firm;

• Migrated approximately 1,700 repositories to GitHub, resulting in a significant reduction in Bitbucket licensing cost;
