Her recent work includes leading the successful migration of over 1,700 repositories from Bitbucket to GitHub, resulting in streamlined workflows and significant cost savings.
Ishu has collaborated with leading global organizations such as GE Healthcare, Lloyds of London, Starbucks, and American Airlines. She has consistently delivered robust solutions for deploying and managing applications across both on-premise and cloud environments, optimizing operations and enabling digital transformation at scale.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at CitNOW Group (Dealerweb & Showroom), I deliver automation, cloud migrations, and modern CI/CD solutions across AWS and Azure DevOps. I focus on replacing legacy systems with fully automated, cloud-native, cost-efficient workflows using Terraform, Terragrunt, Python, and AWS services.
Aurora Automation & Migrations: Built automated provisioning, backup, restore, and sync workflows for Aurora Demo/Demoseed using Lambda, Batch, S3, IAM, and KMS, including cost-saving start/stop logic.
PowerShell → AWS Lambda Reporting: Migrated legacy SQL PowerShell reports to a Python-based Lambda framework using JSON-driven operations (ExecSql, SaveFile, Zip, EmailFile). Added Excel exports, S3 storage, SendGrid email, password-protected ZIPs, and multi-market support.
ECS & CI/CD Modernisation: Integrated Playwright UI tests into ECS with a Docker runner. Enhanced Azure DevOps pipelines with ECS deploy, test execution, cleanup, and automated DocumentDB shutdown/start.
EC2 Stock Uploader Migration: Converted a Windows PowerShell stock uploader to a Linux EC2 solution using Python, Bash, SMB mounting, and cron. Packaged as a reusable Terraform module.
Terraform & Terragrunt Improvements: Created reusable modules for Lambda, EC2, ECS, Aurora, IAM, and S3. Standardised Terragrunt structure and improved secrets management, tagging, and environment consistency.
Logging & Slack Integration: Moved backup/restore alerts from SNS to Slack Webhooks and centralised logs for migrations, ECS tests, and Lambda reports.
