He moved into a development role and implemented automation workflows (asp.net/C#/VB.Net) and created the current Telstra MyIT Self Service portal which is currently the most used site within Telstra. The network has approximately 80,000 desktops and achieved > 95% IT Service Request automation of request fulfillment.
