Designed and implemented real-time operational monitoring dashboards in Power BI that integrated data from the CRM database, Kobo and Excel-based field reports.
Developed automated SQL queries and stored procedures to streamline monthly donor reporting and visual summaries.
The dashboards were instrumental in tracking outreach KPIs, significantly reduced manual reporting time, helped thousands of refugees to re-initiate their administrative procedures of Resettlement, and through advocacy based on the dashboard analysis resettlement departures doublesized in one year time.
