At IDT Corporation, I was instrumental in the development of the net2phone software and its integrations. My primary responsibilities include managing new integrations, addressing emerging requests, and leading pivotal upgrades for integration V1. As a vital member of the integrations team, I play an active role in overseeing the entire external and API design journey. Additionally, we have orchestrated Big Data pipelines and undertaken cost optimization measures.

Fizy & TV+ Recommendation System:

Developed an advanced recommendation engine for Fizy and TV+ apps, offering personalized content suggestions. Utilized PySpark for processing data sourced from DWH systems via ETL pipelines. Stored results in a Hadoop Impala environment with technologies like Python, Oracle Exadata and Sqoop.

ODAK Platform:

Launched ODAK, a groundbreaking platform designed to provide deep insights on mobility and digitalization using telecom data. Prioritized data privacy and introduced AaaS with machine learning models. Designed as SaaS & PaaS, it leverages Hadoop, Oracle Exadata, and Python Flask. Gameplus Chatbot Support:

Innovated a chatbot solution for Gameplus, aiding users with gameplay, billing, and memberships. Built on a custom NLU framework with an intent classification system, ensuring refined user interactions. Key technologies involved: NLP, Python, and Fasttext.

IFRS 9 Project Implementation (Jan 2017 - Jan 2019):

Led the creation of model tables adhering to IFRS 9 standards. Crafted comprehensive portfolio and cash flow tables across all banking products, from Credit Cards to Overdrafts and other loan types. Collaborated with a consulting firm for IFRS SAS implementation. Revamped SAS batch streams, aligning with dynamic ownership, maintenance, and regulatory updates. Key features involved data transfers to VIT's primary banking system, with setups for batch operations, reverse activities, and more. A highlight was the full automation of these complex tasks.

BASEL III Conversion (Jan 2017 - Jan 2018):

Executed a detailed analysis of all bank's commercial products over a 10-year span, adhering to Basel guidelines. Rigorously designed input variables at the datamart level to conform to BASEL's standards. Set up Stored Procedures and Datamarts within the Datawarehouse, with operations scheduled via Automic. Technologies utilized include Oracle, Datawarehouse, and Automic.
