RIDDOR Reporting Migration

The goal of the project was to create a means for members of the public to report incidents involving injury, disease and dangerous occurrences directly to ONR when within its vires, replacing the manual process of reports being passed from another government agency and manually uploaded.

I was responsible for creating a user-friendly experience built upon Power Pages which also ensured data was securely processed and stored. The solution had to integrate with an existing Model-Driven app via Dataverse and add additional security controls to protect sensitive data. The form would be the first public-facing input launched by ONR and passed numerous security audits before go-live.

The final product also implemented dynamic PDF generation which allowed users to take a copy of their submission upon completion, dynamic help panels and featured a short-form version for registered users which automatically captured previously-entered data.
